I picked this up off the floor in a Winton garage and bought it from the owner. I can't track down what it might represent - It's never been used/sewn to anything and must be home-embroidered in honour of Queeny Elizabeth's visit around 1948, the date on the newspaper it was attached to. It's about the size of a book and artfully made. Any ideas as to who, what, where and or why?
