Anna cooks up a storm

It's pretty miserable outside and Anna wanted to work in the warmth. She's a superb baker and spent the day adding delicious dishes to the ones she'd already made and stored in our freezer. Using fruit from our orchard, Anna made; apple up-side-down cake, apple, oat and walnut muffins, apple scones, peach muffins, apple loaf and apple shortbread. Here they are and here she is!
