I've used the most primative of methods here, Kane, chopping up cidery varieties, adding some sultanas for the yeasts and some honey from our hive. These'll sit for a couple of weeks, fizzing away, til the settle down, then I'll bottle them and wait patiently. I don't grow enough feijoa to be able to wine 'em, so can't advise.
