2 of cider, one of perry




Threw these together this morning. Tempted to try the ciders we put down several weeks ago. Must resist.

trade secret? or whats your recipe for a good cider? oh...or feijoa wine??!

I've used the most primative of methods here, Kane, chopping up cidery varieties, adding some sultanas for the yeasts and some honey from our hive. These'll sit for a couple of weeks, fizzing away, til the settle down, then I'll bottle them and wait patiently. I don't grow enough feijoa to be able to wine 'em, so can't advise. I have to own, I'm no expert at fruit wines etc, but Paul Nichol is...
