From some blog somewhere came this comment, that I think matches the photo well,
"Banks on 3 tonight was an absolute riot. Out to lunch in his Clark Kent specs, stuck somewhere between outright lunacy or genuine dementia..."
I watched the 'interview' where Banks stumbled and tumbled over his own weasel-words and looked pathetic. He really was quite ridiculous.

John is looking for his Bentley, hence the stylish glasses. HINT, try the Civic carpark, the one that was modified at the ratepayer's expense so the Bentley would fit, when John was busy selling off the council housing portfolio from under the pensioners. It's a 15 minutes walk from Broadway in Newmarket, where this photo was taken, so I suppose John is lost.
Is the guy in the background (to John's right) checking out the knives in John's back?
I actually felt sorry for him while i watched him tonight.
It was pretty sad - so sad that it was almost like he knew his game was up and he was trying to claw his way back through the pity vote or something.
Awful to watch. It truly was.
AC - I believe them to be x-ray specs and I know John keeps sea monkeys also.
Jacqueline - the closing scene, where he walked, shoulders hunched, alone into the gloom had me in tears. Loving your work on KS btw. You've taken up the baton and you're running like the wind!

Re KS - when the frustration outweighs the humour i am going to have to stop feeding it, and tell ya what - it is getting close!

Perplexing, isn't it.
I've struggled at length to prise the lid open to let in some light, but KS is sealed tight. Every now and then one of them will crack a wee smile, but it soon resets to a sneer.
