Can you sail boats in the estuary in Riverton, is the water deep enough for a centre board?
Have you even been involved in sailing Robert?

We sail our 21 foot trailer sailer out there Shunda, and our Sunburst. I started out packed into a Optimist, while my boys quickly sailed through those, 'P'class, Paper Tigers and anything else that catches the wind. I'm still Opti material, but go okay as crew. Really, I'm an oarsman. I've a dinghy and a couple of plastic Canadian canoes so the estuary and my family are not strangers!

Awesome Robert!
I started in the Opti, then P class, then Laser as well as sailing on the old mans trailer sailer.
I introduced sailing to my wife with a borrowed Sunburst and she loved it.
We have a fibreglass "seabird" which is a row/sail/motor kind of dinghy, but I really want to get a better boat for sailing now that the kids are into it.
What sort of trailer sailer do you have?

Nice boat that, do you use it often?

I wanted to build my own boat out of strip cedar construction, nice round bilge, perhaps a day sailer type of boat.
But Mrs barunda wants me to fix the house instead!!

Better do it Shunda (throws me around like a rag doll etc...)
