Distressed damsel - saved!

Its brain must be tiny


Big news! I freed a damselfly from a spider's web. It appeared to be delighted, relieved at least, to be back on the wing.
It's a little thing, I know, but it's something.

You did well since they eat mosquitos :) Their brains may be tiny but what about those eyes!!!!

Predator's eyes!
We don't get mosquito here, sandflies neither. Not sure why that is. I've plenty of standing water - frog-ponds, etc. Maybe it's the damsels:-)
