The season's resins

Frankincense, also called olibanum, is an aromatic resin obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia.
Myrrh, the aromatic resin of a number of small, thorny tree species of the genus Commiphora.
I have these two (chunks? blocks? knobs? - what are pieces of resin called?) that I dig out for Christmas  every year just because.
