This wonderful little frog made his or her way through the jungle that is my garden to it's centre where an old barrel part-filled with rainwater stands and there he/she is ensconced, patiently waiting for another to come with jellied spawn in mind and my fervent hope is that those yearnings will be realised and the as yet un-jellied water will thicken with wriggling pollywog masses and the creaking of frogs will fill our nights with joy. Such is my love of frogs :-)
