The 3-man Country Calendar film crew were keen to capture the ancient art of cider-making for their programme and I had the apples for the job. The kitchen too, and the glassware, so I did my best to talk them through the process, from pressing the juice to fitting the airlock. It all looked very country and pretty despite the bearded-lunk talent. Our kitchen looks very nice in the morning light and I tried my best not to spoil the effect.
