Happy Birthday! 57 and you still make a 10k endurance run look like a walk in the park. Hope you had an enjoyable rest of the day?

And I was ably assisted in that sojourn, wasn't I. How kind it was, of my son to carry me all the way (bar the photo moment) on his back! The remainder of the day was glorious and I came home tired and happy to a fabulously colourful birthday meal, prepared for me by a little bird! The tree I bought from Rob, son of Rob at the gardens, grows blue fruit that rase like watermelon! True (I looked it up). Can't wait.

664! You must be the Neighbour of the Beast.

Many happy returns too.

I looked and looked but none was wearing 666. Could the organisers have quietly missed that number out? Mind you, there was a bloke who looked like John Key skulking around in the shadows, arms crossed over his number...

Thanks for your birthday wish, I am having those returns indeed. At the moment, coffee, sunshine and some very enjoyable light gardening with Robyn.

And I meant "taste" like watermelon. I'm going to plant that wonderful tree right now!

Thanks, darkhorse. I reckon I can squeeze another couple of rounds out of the old husk.

And I don't mean Robyn :-)
