That's a terrible cartoon. The judiciary didn't dump sh*t all over Banks, they gave him a fair hearing. It's my opinion that he's not received anywhere near as much crap as he's dished out, and if or what he is sentenced to will only go a little way towards making up for the awful things Banks has done.
It was Banks' own manure. The judge was simply returning it to its creator, as is right and proper. Oddly, Banks described it as 'some rain, falling into his life'. Weird!
