I'm picking that you know and the question tests the observation skills of your readers. I think it's the print on the side of a tissue box, in this instance showing a part of a limb of a starfish.
I genuinely didn't know. the shot was taken by some mysterious person who had access to my camera and I suspect they sought to intrigue me. It worked, but now I think you've de-intrigued me with your suggestion. I'm reminded of the footage of the giant squid.
It looks like a tissue box I saw, though I can't say when or where. I always thought the starfish had been re-coloured. Tissue boxes with sea creatures on them are most unattractive. I grew up by the sea and while I love the place and its inhabitants, blowing my nose on most of the stuff you might find down there is quite unappealing - it smells terrible and it's often quite coarse.
