Having listened to The Clash a fair bit, I'd guess London's Burning.

Reminds me of the summers we had when I was there in 89 & 90. Absolute stunners they were with temperatures higher than todays. I recall coming back from the Silverstone GP the temperature had popped into the early 40's.
