Yeah Horton, he's a bit of a hero. Didn't always run with the "use a Gaussian distribution" line. I like that.
Assuming this is part of your ES role, why? It seems a bit detailed for councillors.

Nah, I'm into that sort of thing. Throw in a bit of humus and some carbon sequestration and we're beginning to talk soil health.
AC - no detail is too small for this councillor and it does no harm to stay awake during presentations from the scientists.
