From the boardroom

I'm 'e indoors today, sat in my over-stuffed chair, nose in the trough, as my critics would say. We're discussing discharges and my word-of-the-day is LIQUID. Rolls off the tongue, doesn't it. Second place goes to WHEY. What is whey? "The aqueous phase, or serum, that is seperated from the curd in conventional cheesemaking and casein manufacture".
And how is it pronounced? Not as in 'way' - way to go, but as in whale, the cetacean of the ocean. Softly, like Tariana's 'Whanganui'.
Whey to land.
Way to go.
What are words worth, William?
