Best path



Well, it's the one I favour at the moment, because it's crunchy and juicy to walk on. I cut it yesterday, with my sickle. It's mostly cow parsley and comfrey, so the soil underneath it will become friable and rich as the summer progresses. The tubular stalkiness of it will keep the weight of walkers off the soil and allow it to breathe and keep the moisture levels constant.
It's perfect, I reckon and it took 5 minutes to make.
