I give it a solid "Lush Emerald" on the Green-o-meter!

Can you "eat" all that greenery, Rg?

A high proportion of it, Fred - it's a food-forest after all :-)
Today, I sowed pounds of seeds that I'd saved from last season, throughout the 'jungle'. It was a hugely satisfying activity for me. The soil was in perfect condition; damp from recent weather, full of organic matter and life - I expect them all to sprout and grow quickly now, adding hugely to the biodiversity. There were cereals, leafy greens, legumes, annual flowers and more. I am also dividing and multiplying as fast as I can now; lemon balms, mints, sorrels, all sorts. The weather has been perfect for that; overcast and cool. This is my best growing season ever! The bees have been busy, despite the weather and our plum crop is really something. I neeted more of them today, in order that the wood pigeons don't get 100%
