I went to the parade...

If you don't position yourself quickly enough (for fear of stepping on people's toes), you'll struggle to get an interesting shot at a parade. I should have learned my lesson from the Christmas parade, where I squandered some marvelous opportunities by being constantly a step behind, but it seems I didn't. There were some catchable shots though. Here's Dawn in her busby (Dawn Parade), Tali and her dad (I taught the two 'lads' in the background , many years ago, the Guides flagging their intention to capture the bridge over the Aparima, and the sweet peas that I thought lovelier than poppies.
