Anguish over whether the Greens would sell-out to National has been soothed completely now, with the news that the Greens have given National the webby finger and said no to any memorandum, of understanding or otherwise, and will fight them on the beaches and everywhere else. Good thing.
Here's a fragment of the report:
"There will be no new policy deal between the National and the Greens, with the chasm between the two parties widening over policies such as the Government’s proposed SkyCity convention centre deal and state asset sales.
Green Party co-leader Metiria Turei this morning confirmed talks about a new memorandum of understanding (MOU) between her party and National had now ended."

Understandable I guess.
I have to say, Russell Norman is sounding almost...... well... hmmmm. can I say it? ...................... .............................................................................Ok,..... Russell has made a lot of sense lately.
Phew!! that was hard!
Still think Greens have missed the boat. Firstly to to do some constructive stuff whilst secondly politically ensuring future negotiations with the left go more in their favour.
Clarkula was able to relegate them as the Greens were unable to deal with any other parties to leverage more concessions from Liarbour.
Paranormal
