My dear friend Nour El Deen Nabil

It's a Golden opportunity by anyone's reckoning and I'd be a fool to pass up the chance for fortune offered to me by me ol' mate Nour.
I am terribly flattered and entirely convinced by Nour's assurance that I was selected because of my suitability for this particular form of investment; the lifting of crude oil.
Lifting crude oil is something I've yearned to do for many years now and I'm delighted that at last my passion has been noted and acted upon by someone in the industry.
Big ups to you, Nour!
My only question to you, dear friend, is when do we start drilling?

Attn: Dear Friend,

My name is Nour El Deen Nabil a staff in the National petroleum agency of Sao Tome and Principe but originally from Arab Republic of Egypt; I secured a crude oil lifting license from the National Petroleum Agency (STP-NPA) where I work.
The license was for 5years at 24 million Barrels/12months. i.e., the license has an operating duration of five (5) years.
I am in need of a partner who wills partnership with me to make use of this allocation license; I will package you as the new allocation license beneficiary since my position in the agency doesn't permit me to handle it alone.
Due to my position in the Petroleum Agency, I cannot handle this project alone; you have all the qualities needed for this project.
All we need do to are these:
(Nour goes on to instruct me how I can lighten my wallet in his direction but I'll not reveal the details of that worthy process. Suffice to say, this is a red-letter day for me and means I'll be in clover henceforth.)

Should send this investment opportunity to john key -he should leap at it - it is at least as good an idea as selling our energy infrastructure and the return to the owner -we the people of NZ - will be no worse

dark horse - another whinging kiwi who claims there is no mandate for sales, yet National increased their vote on the last day an official mandate on the sales was offered. National campaigned on the sales, Labour campaigned against them, you had your say, I had mine, the majority decided to sell.

By the way RG, too late, I have sent my money and now own 50% of this kind gentlemans oil share, apparently I also get some really nice magic beans as my first dividend
