Council dysfunction, bullying, incompetence and ignorance - all on the one clip
Watch this cameo of how a council should not behave. The often unpleasant Cameron Slater went to the trouble of trimming down the video coverage of the Auckland Council for the sake of highlighting the dysfunction, though he sees the rot in a different part of the council than I do, so I have to give him credit for his work. Councillors! Watch if you dare!

Thanks Pdogge - I recognise that voice - it's heard in many councils.
Why Penny hasn't dealt with it by now amazes me - she seems a reasonable woman. Someone's obviously whispering in her ear :-)
