Cool picture. As my friend's two-year-old would say, SPIDAWOB! (The spiders climbed the trees to escape the flood waters). It's had the fortunate side-effect that the mosquito population (and thus malaria risk) is being significantly reduced by these webs, which is good, because there's a lot of stagnant water around at the moment...
Spidawob! That's lovely Anon and yes, those spiders were escaping the flood. Nicko - you see Goff everywhere you look - obsessed much? Bio - good thought, re spider-eats-spider and doubtless true. Suz - we try not to pick on politicians needlessly, but Peter Dunne needs to be lampooned, for the sake of our mental health, so keep it coming :-)

Just a case of too much hairspray ala Peter Dunne...it's an oh too often site in Ohariu, we've become inured unfortunately Bio.
