Hammer time
If you are demolishing a chimney, brick by dusty brick, and you've laid down protective blue tarps, and you leave the hammer lying on top of one of them while you work in the ceiling, this can happen.

Try it with wine bottles, Rg. We had the roof renailed recently and when I went to get a bottle to celebrate the cellar/cupboard looked like an aged wine cellar one might find in a cave in rural France. I keep showing it off to wine buff friends!!
