Mr Keogh

Environment Southland CE Ciaran Keogh missed out on the top job with the Christchurch City Council, our delivered-at-the-crack-of-dawn rag reports today, but does so gracefully. Mr Keogh says,
"I am not unhappy to be staying in Southland...They have got a real challenge up there ...and there is an element of continuity required in certain circumstances."
That's very diplomatic indeed. I wondered at the material missing where there were elipsis.
Perhaps my previous post holds some clues...
