Incan! hey Robs', am I correct in my understanding that you grow anu/tuberous nasturtium (also known as mashua)? I aspire to be a peasant andean farmer and knowledge of where to find this marvelous little tuber would take me one step further to this greatness and be very much appreciated :)
Nick - yes you are correct, I do grow'em. I 'd like to support your aspiration to become a peasant and will post you some tubers, if you send me your email. My address is guy10@actrix.co.nz. The tubers are sprouting right now so don't delay :-)
