Maybe those Southland hedges are really Ents.
Hedgebeard and his clipped clan, mooting, right under our noses!(At Earthlore tomorrow, teaching pruning)
Maybe we should ask the Entmoot to go to the briquette blessing ;-) (what is the Southland equivalent of Isengard? Is it the diary farmers or the coal farmers).
To the Ents, lignite mining would be akin to digging up their graveyard.
