Cute really cute, the grin looks lke him. Us women are suckers for cute fun loving little boys :) we just want to hug them such a pity they grow up. Is the photo really Phil as a boy?
It's from the 'album' of photos he's released to the media to familiarise the public with him and his family Pauline. Should have done it a while ago I reckon.
