I'm currently in extreme physical pain due to a back injury; have been prescribed some serious pharmaceuticals (plus my own Phil Ure type helpers, who'd have thought a once right-winger!) so probably shouldn't be advising you good clean-living folks on anything, but what the hell!
Get rid of the excess dust-gathering crap you don't use/wear. Robyn will appreciate it I'm sure!
Avoid the muscle-relaxants Suz, and keep moving. I have three friends who are suffering injuries back pain at present and all are rendered kinda useless by it. Hope you recover soon. Phil eh! He knows a thing or two (if only he could rein-in his passions to match the audience - a politician he is not!
