More images from around the Nelson area - not touristic shots, I can assure you.
This tiny cluster of 'egg in nest' fungi was amongst the leaf litter at Isel park. It's the first time I'd ever seen this fungi.
This is for me, a typical Nelson scene - if you look up! In Riverton, we don't see planes in the sky the way you do in Nelson, being as we are, far from any airport.
What's this about? Strange, some of the things you see up here.
More from the old hospital - peeling paint, though I call it 'The Claw'!
Lastly, a colourful bench, for no reason other than it appealed to me.
Off to Blenheim now, to visit me ol' biker buddy (Triumphs Rule!)

Hey Robert, when you get back (travel safe) would you please tell me what sort of camera and lens you use for your photographs of flowers and plants.
Hi Armchair - I'm back (safely)!
I'm no techy photographer and just point and click - the camera does all the work! I use a Olympus Camedia Digital Camera C-770 Ultra Zoom with an Olympus lens AF Zoom 63-63mm 1:28-37
