Yes.
And beyond. I don't expect that gear will end up in a Salvation Army second-hand shop anytime soon. If it does however, I'll buy a pair! Plus a taser or two.
Any country that needs an army to protect its government from its own people.... leaves a great many questions that need to be asked..
