The grey and flaccid state of our economy, obvious to every alert New Zealander is no such thing in the mind of our cloud-bouncing leader, who, it is reported today in a sidebar on the front page of the Southland Times, says that the good times are set to roll for workers, with hefty wage rises on the horizon.
