Hardly know myself wildcrafty! I was familiarising myself with my new Ubuntu operating system, browsing the desktop and trying icons, when I found, tucked in beside Firefox, a little book symbol. When I clicked on it, a small window opened (like a flash). In it, I discovered, I can write a post and send it through with another click, to appear on my blog as a fully-fledged post! I was/am amazed - no need to go down the usual open-my-blog etc track, just fire one off from my desktop. I'll add something more for you when I get back to my computer (I'm at the shop, selling fruit and hope :-) - busy morning too, lots of customers and other lovely folk, talkin' gardening, politics, local stuff. We've got the fire burning - it's cold here today.
Can you let me know where you live and if you are married I just want to be part of your life. I have been following your blog for months now and Gore just doesn't do it for me now.
Anonymous - I'm flattered, naturally, by your display of interest, but had you been following my blog for more than just a few months, you'd know that I have a spectacularly attractive wife, to whom I'm inordinately devoted, so a tryst between you and I is entirely off the cards. I do however, understand your feelings about Gore. Might I suggest you spend more time at 'Howl at the Moon', looking soulful. I've know of several quite ordinary people who have done very well there.
