Icky pus cream dairy

Jenny Moxam of Monbulk, Victoria Australia wrote to our editor and he titled her letter Icky icecream.

I wonder if those who protested that human breast milk icecream should not be sold because it was "made from other people's body fluids" (February 3) realised that cow's milk icecream is made from other animal's body fluids.
What's more, since many cows get mastitis, their milk often contains pus.
A glass of milk can legally contain tens of millions of these white blood cells.

The starter for cheese is one of those mastitic bugs which the natural white blood cells is fighting (pus).

Really!
That's a real surprise anon!
I guess a cow wouldn't do well with a cheese-making bug in it's udder.
It's disturbing, on the surface, to hear that there's an allowable quota of pus allowed in the milk that's for sale in our supermarkets.

Sarcasm, presumably.

Not at all. I didn't know that.
Any way, sarcasm? Me?
