Cold, calculating milk barrons.
Ever had an icecream headache?
I got one the moment I heard Fonterra had 'voluntarily' frozen the price of milk for New Zealanders.
It's wrong in so many ways and reeks of manipulation - of the customers, the farmers and the voting public.
That's all.
Gotta go lie down.

Thanks ICC&PLRG - you're fast becoming my biggest fan!
Those issues over the depletion of fish stocks in the ocean are tremendously important. I wish you would post them on John Key's blog/website so that he could get a better view of the state of the environment.
Whoaaa! That spam filter's a doozy!
Oh Dear Robert,
Can't handle having comments on posts that have nothing to do with the post?
Too scared to leave it up because it ruins your flawed ideology?
Cant handle leaving it on for people to discuss?
Weak.
ICC&PLRG - perhaps you didn't notice but I answered your 'comment' immediately @ 6:21 so I'm not sure what you are meaning.
As you can see, I was very supportive of the passage you posted, so much so that I recommended that you send it through to the Prime Minister. What more do you want - my hand in marriage?
You'd posted exactly the same 'comment' on another thread so I consigned that to the spam bin. I'm sure that won't offend you. Double posting the same thing isn't very popular on any blog.
Love your determination btw :-)
Aaah Robert
Doing the same thing that you accuse others off aye....avoiding the main point of the article....that the BS of gloabl warming bringing the end was meant to happen in 1922 etc, only for another 89 years to pass and the dire predictions being shown to be crap.....but i guess the inconvinient truth bothers you.
ICCetc. I didn't find your article at all convincing nor did it dent my belief in climate change at all. If you have some comments about the issue I'd happily discuss those with you and probably thrash the living daylights out of you at the same time :-)
You don't accept that climate change is in part the result of human industry?
Why on earth not?
Looking more closely at your argument, I see that you are wondering why I'm not concerned that a very old scientific prediction turned out to be wrong. My answer is of course, that the science around climate back then was very primative compared to today's extensive networks of climate scientists. That they got it wrong way back then, is of no great surprise nor concern to me. The modern climate scientists haven't got it wrong. The warnings they are giving us now should be heeded and acted upon.
How's that? Better?
Rob

I am not out to get rid of you commenting.
I am trying to point out to you how annoying you are when you continually go off topic from the post, or simply paste and comment something (which is usually got nothing to do with the posts either).
Your comments are welcome, just keep to topic.
If you want the agenda to be different, post on your own site here and direct people to it so you get the discussion you want.
Thanks ICCAPLRG. I do want Inv2's agenda to be different and he has broadened his views with some encouragement from me :-)
However, you are right, enough is enough.
I'll do what I can to attract people with views that are the opposite of mine to comment here.
That would be a good idea Robert as some of your posts are very good and it will draw people to read them.
Maybe having a general discussion post (not that i am telling you to do that) ;-) would draw others here and then they could see some of your other stuff that you post on.
And I am sure that Inv2 would not mind drawing people to your posts every now and again.
:-)
Sweet ICCAPLRG.
Thanks for your help.
What an intewresting thread!
Ah Shunda - getting into the subtle word plays eh!
Good man!
