Pulling down, returning to its place and tidying up afterwards is something you'd expect the oil industry will have to do once the oil wells are spent.
Who pays for that?

From the sounds of it we will be paying long before the well is spent.
The oil industry seems to think little of spilling our 'natural capital' all over the table we eat from.
I wonder what effect the spreading oil from the BP disaster is having on food stocks along the route it is taking around the coast of America. We are hearing almost nothing of it.
