Holidays and celebrations that match the turning of the seasons are becoming more and more thought about as some of the older festive occasions (Guy Fawkes!?!) come under scrutiny and their value questioned.

Is the Riverton Mid-winter festival public yet :D
The Winter Solstice celebrations are well advanced and if the weather allows it, we'll be snuggled into our blankets, mulled wine in hand, listening to the Celtic musicians and enjoying the sight of the 'burn' on the sandy delta out on the estuary. All of the permissions have been sought and gained and the brigade alerted!
