View from the top
In order to look down upon the umbel of my giant hogweed, I have to climb a ladder, taking care not to fall into the plant, break stems and cover myself with burning sap. The flower is looking grand now and has 4 satellites ready to open once the mother bloom is fully deployed. Looking up into the inflorescence reveals a glorious structure of mini-umbels, each reflecting the form of the parent flower.
