Have you tried peach leaf tea? Put 6 - 10 fresh, chopped leaves in a litre of water and let sit for half a day. Adjust to taste by adding more water if you need to (the leaves seem to vary alot depending on the tree). Deeply refreshing on a hot day.
cold water too (hot water makes a different medicine).
I never have, wildcrafty, in fact, I've never heard of it but now I have, I'll give it a go, thanks.
