Snippets from Keeping Stock

"We tried to listen to David Cunliffe's speech with an open mind. But we couldn't."

Classic. Good on you, KS, for trying to be open-minded. Briefly.

From Parachute
"Let's be honest, there is a massive voting bloc here and the sad reality is most of these Christians are voting for National too."

Fair enough, KS. I feel your sadness too.

Did you miss where he managed to criticise Cunliffe in a post meant to be congratulating Lorde?

Someone requires help with a wee obsession.

Very WhaleOilesque in his Phil Goff obsession phase.

It is my firmly held belief that no one who understands and follows the teachings of JC could vote for National.
KS and his flock are a gang of destructive thugs and are no better than Mongrel Mob or Black Power. I've barely read his blog since he banned EtC in early December, and I've felt so much better for doing so.

I stopped reading KS about 18 months ago and only just recently went back for a look.

I felt anger towards KS personally regarding his choice to remain silent on some issues rather than speak up for what is right for fear of the wrath of Slater.

I got over my feelings of anger at him and kind of liken his behaviour to Peter's denials of Jesus during the last supper. Saint Peter too denied what he knew was right and was disloyal for fear of punishment.

From a psychosocial perspective KS puts a lot of time and effort into his blog and his self esteem relies a lot on being accepted by the RW blogging elite.

That's my analysis of him and his blogging anyway. KS is like a sheep following the herd in regards to content ;)

I agree re anyone who has any idea re the teachings of Jesus voting for National.

That was beyond pathetic, Jac. Even worse was the fact that he was echoing the snitty post by Slater at WellI'llbef*cked, where great shakes were made over the spelling mistake.
Over time, it becomes obvious what drives these bloggers, both ideologically and psychologically. Dear Tony's made bad choices in both those fields :-)

I don't read I'llBeF*cked so i didn't realise it was another imitation of his pseudo-Christian idol.

Like i said...bahhhhhh

I notice he has not published my comment on the Lorde post.

He picks and chooses which comments he'll publish, without informing his readers that he's suppressed those that reveal the weaknesses in his claims but puts up those he can tag-on a weak rejoinder.
It's dishonest, in my view.
I find his constant sniping and undermining of Len Brown, Winston peters, David Cunliffe et al, "icky", given his "God is the judge" declarations whenever anyone comments on his own trinity of earthly heroes, Key, The PM and John Key.
