Misleading. It's not green, it's yellow, and it's not a man, it's a cow. The CRV advertisement you link to is for a bull, yet two of the three photos in the advertisement are not even of bulls.
The specific cow you have shown in your picture is notable for the fact that she is very clean. She appears to have been washed several times and scrubbed pretty heavily, because there is not a spot of dirt on her. That's pretty unusual for a cow. She also appears to have had her body clipped and her tail shaved and brushed out with some kind of volumising spray or gel, to fluff out the furry bit at the tip. Finally, she seems to have had a visit from the cow-pedicurist. It's quite unreal and unnatural; I've never come across anything quite like it.
The above, as well as the composition of the shot leads me to the conclusion that this is like cow-porn for dairy farmers.
