Morning walk

These lengths of railway-track once served to contain enormous logs whose purpose it was to protect the banks of the river from the tide. The logs have long gone, as has tonnes and tonnes of sand  and the irons now serve no purpose at all.
Getting them out would be a mission. Nobody seems keen to try.
