Loyalty bonus

Lazy of me, I know, collecting the comments of others, but I love to read well constructed expose of what the Government would have us believe are good ideas.
Here's one on the loyalty bonus Key is dangling at the moment. Already it's apparent that the taxpayer is being conned into providing this bonus for the investors. This guy adds more light to the issue:

"The Loyalty Bonus is a share price propping scam that someone from a dodgy share brokerage would propose. The share price only increases for a spurt from the base, sits near the base and then falls away. Key, (Merrill Lynch) used Queensland Rail as an example. Yep, it is now trading at 3.45 having been initially at 3.55, followed by a spurt.

The punters silly enough to be sucked into this scam will find out in two years time. AFTER the next election."
