I went to the book sale

One of the 10 million books I didn't buy this morning

I got up very early this morning, dressed in the dark so as not to wake my wife, and went to the book sale at the Civic theatre. There were bibliophiles shuffling up and down the isles, clasping books to their bosoms. I shuffled and clasped.
I found some lovely things. When I got home, I discovered my underpants were on backwards. What a day!
