They're heading for Akaroa this year, to hear themselves think. The Bluegreens have chosen a wonderful image to advertise their world view on their web-page and I'm sure that, like me, you will find it revealing.
That's beautiful, isn't it?
A dessicated, almost tree-less landscape - the future of our environment under the Bluegreens!
Good grief!

I think they've got a rotating series of pictures wildcrafty - ya gotta be quick!
Got it. That's bizarre. Although it's maybe not the future, or at least it's the immediate future. Much of where I live looks like that. Maybe the Bluegreens have been getting advice from Forest and Bird, who also seem to think that brownscapes are good. (can't find an online picture of that terrible F and B postcard).
Yep, it's at http://www.bluegreens.org.nz/banner_rotate/rotate.php - just keep refreshing the image and the lone tree in the brownscape will eventually appear.
Hey Toad!
All prepared for the election year tussle?
