On the wharf
My youngest grandson and I walked the length of the wharf to look at the fishing boats. There were some very expensive vessels moored there along with some rust-buckets. We enjoyed seeing them all.
The wharf-walk was followed later in the day by a pretty impressive sunset.

Here it is: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Seems very old, this piece of cup, from the 1800's, I think.

Fight day
Simon's a martial artist and turning 40. To celebrate, he's arranged to fight 40 bouts today, with fighters from all sorts of disciplines. I took my camera to record the event.
It was a great spectacle but no fight made for better watching than the one between Simon and his wife, Julia :-)
