Found elephant garlic to have midget garlic flavour...maybe just our Wgton soil?
They are milder, for sure. Bigger though and we're hoping to establish ours as a permanent if wandering 'drift'.
Thlose elephant garlics don't look anything like an elephant!
Beneath the soil they are indistinguishable from a trunked pachyderm.
