Tonight, I bottle the cider


Tomorrow, the sake. Both taste excellent and the sake seems to pack a punch already! The rice from which it was fermented can be used in some delicious Japanese dessert or other, according to Kyoko, so I'll give that a whirl as well. With drinks in mind, I'm looking out for a sloe to grow beside my juniper. Long term project, that.
