  1. Nice
Regarding quinces, on the home farm we had one grown from seed that never fruited, while in my present garden I have two with identical fruit one, grafted the other grown from a failed graft
You don't have an orchard without a quince

  2. That's right, Ray. I have 5 and my neighbour 4. We've got it covered, I reckon. Do you know the medlar?
Very nice but not flowering yet.

  3. I thought about growing one but having to "blett" (rot) the fruit before eating put me off
I am told it has nice flowers, so looking forward to see a picture of yours

  4. Certainly. Bletting isn't a bad thing. The fruit look good right up until you can eat them. They are unique, taste-wise and can be made into dessert.
    It's flowers are superb.
